Fish Tacos

Although definitely not the best in LA they still are pretty damn good. Hot, crispy, saucy and just tasty. MUCH better then those Horrible little Evil things they try to pass off as fish tacos over at Pacific Fish Grill. I’ve been going to their downtown location for over a decade and have never had a bad experience.

Tacos!

This is one taco I’ve never minded waiting in line for. Just make sure to ask for the green salsa- its basically just the usual pickled carrots and jalapenos you’ll find in many Taco stands but diced up as a salsa. Just get yourself a couple tacos or five and dip them like chips.

Nigiri Dinner

Totally Satisfying. Great Food and service. The only thing I can consider to be a negative about Sushi Domo is that I found the pricing to be a Bit Higher then I would expect For a Sushi Ya residing in Eugene Oregon. I will definitely return here.

Devastator

A beer from Wasatch Brew Pub Utah. This is a strong, amber lager with a (8% abv). Not timid at all and very rich. Not the highest alcohol content, but enough that local stores in Utah are not allowed to sell it. Drink enough and it will live up to its namesake

Pick any two- Angus Pastrami and Swiss with Greek salad

Pretty satisfying, fare pricing and just yummy. I had their pick any two deal. 1/2 salad and sandwich. It was definitely worth the price of $6.39. Schlotzsky’s offers a wide selection of soups, salads, wraps, baked potato’s and gourmet pizzas. All made with much better bread then most competing “deli’s” in town.

Ginzaya Sushi Bar located in Brea is by far our favorite new sushi bar. We completely loved the atmosphere and the chefs there. That night we felt as we joined or created our own little party at the bar. As we sat there we made friends with everyone at the bar. All were very friendly and there to have a great time.

We ordered the Hakairo Scallop (Pictured Above) that was just so so tasty we had to order it twice!!

Andrew gave us a tall Sapporo on the house!

Cha For Tea

After Cuban Bistro we walked over to Cha for Tea where you have a wide selection of Chai Tea’s, Hot or Cold, Boba or Not. One reason I like this place a lot is the service, They make sure your drink is made exactly the way you want it. You can request for drinks to be less sweet than originally made or even sweeter. If you are unsatisfied with it they will gladly make another. The majority of people there are students and locals. Cha for tea offers free WiFi from 6pm - 1am.

Starbucks

Turkey Cranberry Pesto.

Starbucks “freshly prepared” sandwich was pretty good. It truly did taste fresh and surprisingly the lettuce still was crispy three hours after I purchased the sandwich, which is good cause I hate soggy bread and lettuce. It’s a good portion for a light eater but I felt that there was not enough cranberry’s. Also the price $5.75 is a bit much for what your getting. It should be in the $3-4 range.
