Miso Ramen
I Love Ramen and Fresh noodles go along way to making a meal like this transcend from “instant lunch” to Yummy Ramen love’n! This was also the first time I’ve tried making my own “Ni-Tamago” style eggs. I used a variation of a recipe I found at Chubby Hubby to great success. For its overnight bath I used a mixture of Green Tea, a pinch of Brown Sugar, Shoyu and a little Mirin. Definitely worth the time.

Ginzaya Sushi Bar located in Brea is by far our favorite new sushi bar. We completely loved the atmosphere and the chefs there. That night we felt as we joined or created our own little party at the bar. As we sat there we made friends with everyone at the bar. All were very friendly and there to have a great time.
We ordered the Hakairo Scallop (Pictured Above) that was just so so tasty we had to order it twice!!
Andrew gave us a tall Sapporo on the house!
