-Cilantro Shrimp Ceviche-
Simple and fresh tasting, easy to make but hard to balance the flavors. I’ve always based my flavors off of what I taste in Tacos Baja shrimp ceviche. Sometimes I get it just right - sometimes not…. Im still missing something… But good nonetheless. on a side note I sometimes add Coriander and a pinch of sugar.

BBQ Crab and Potatoes with a Fresh Citrus and Garlic Spice
I was definitely inspired by the flavors of ceviche and summertime. No its not summer yet, and to tell you the truth I don’t really even like summer that much.. but the flavors! Also I’ve been taking advantage of temporarily not having an upstairs neighbor and worrying about driving them crazy with my charcoal grill and wood chips.
