Steak Chimichurri with smoked Tomato and Asparagus
So the parsley in my little herb garden has decided to take over. I’m not a big fan of parsley but when faced with an overabundance of it what do you do? Well, since I’ve been on a BBQ kick lately.. Chimichurri! The best thing on my plate though? The Smoked Sesame Asparagus, while the fire cooked Tomato complemented the Steak perfectly.
