So yeah. I knew as soon as I typed the words “Sure it would taste better if it were all made from scratch, twice baked with a crust of bread crumbs.” I would be revisiting one of my Comfort food recipes. Because you know what? It does taste better. While not quite from scratch - there needs to be a V3 you know :] it was a lot better AND comforting.
